The stylish body makes space for the double electronic ventilation system that cools the grinder as it works, ensuring that the machine stays stable throughout the day.
This mazzer model is also fitted with a side-mounted micrometrical grinding adjustment with a high precision knob with a lap counter. This allows for exact and easy adjustments that don't require pushing on a standard collar. You can also cleanly remove the hopper, burr carrier, and top burr without the need to unscrew. This saves the risk of threading a conventional system while cleaning, making it an achievable job for all the baristas on your team.
