The Mozzafiato is available in two versions, V with a Vibration Pump and R with a Rotary Pump. Both the V and R models now come with the Cronometro, the Italian word for Stop Watch, enabling the user to dial in their grind setting for optimum espresso flow and maintain quality control. This elegant and subtle timer becomes a mirror finish when not in use. The evolution of the Rocket Espresso domestic range continues to strengthen with an unwavering enhancement to the component and build quality from attention to detail and the tradition of ‘Fatto a Mano’… made by hand.
